Maybe not absolutely true. But if you ever get a chance to see the full 70mm version (on the really really big screen), jump at it. It's absolutely stunning. And Peter O'Toole will knock you right on your backside. No joke.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;How this translates onto a mini-screen in your living room depends a lot on how well you can imagine the expanses of desert shown on your set. Mine will simply not do.
