AdaptiveBlue: New Widget Tooltips

I love this. I've been using these widgets for 2 years at Wordout. I've loved 'em since they were part of Blue Organizer. I loved 'em as Indigo. And now I love'm even more. AB seems never to be satisfied with creating the best, always coming up with something better. You guys rock!
